Greenwich fooD INITIATIVES
The Greenwich food community is comprised of small independently owned businesses, non-profit organizations and town supported programs. The individuals and initiatives who make up the Greenwich food community are: chefs, artisans, educators, school and community gardeners, farmers market directors, food scrap recyclers, foundations and food justice advocates. Additionally, initiatives that preserve the habitats and eco-systems in which wild and cultivated foods can grow and thrive play a critical role.
