HERE
The Fairfield County + broader Connecticut food community is comprised of small and independently owned businesses, nonprofit organizations, state supported programs and agencies, Universities and municipalities. The individuals and initiatives who make up the Connecticut food community are: chefs, artisans, farmers, educators, scientist, school and community gardeners, legislators, philanthropist, academics and food justice advocates. Additionally, initiatives that preserve the habitats and ecosystems in which wild and cultivated foods can grow and thrive play a critical role.
This is by no means a comprehensive list, we selected initiatives with whom TFN has cultivated a connection and relationship.
