Advancing Greenwich’s food security initiatives by strengthening & leveraging relationships, knowledge and networks
Greenwich Foodshed Alliance-Community of Practice (GFA-CoP) is composed of partners invested in a just, equitable and resilient food system in Greenwich, throughout Connecticut and the region. We come together to share best practices and resources, learn from each other, support each other's work and realize a shared vision. We engage guest speakers: farmers, legislators, policy advocates, school food service providers, community leaders, grassroots organizers and state agency directors to learn about the diverse approaches to food and land justice.
GFA-CoP meets bi-monthly, the last Wednesday of the month, from 9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. Meetings alternate between in-person and virtual. Meeting dates for 2206 - Jan. 28th | March 25th | May 27th | July 29th | Sept. 30th | Nov. 18th
